Entry Level Accountant

Position Overview

Entry-Level Accountant - Great Opportunity for Recent Grads! Key Responsibilities

• Perform weekly audits to ensure paperwork accuracy at various locations
• Conduct initial reviews of cash over/short reports and escalate variances as needed
• Prepare weekly fuel review reports and investigate discrepancies
• Reconcile gift cards, phone cards, money orders, and other weekly reports
• Assist with month-end close processes, including reconciliations for credit cards, loyalty programs, and general ledger accounts
• Support validation of store reports for month-end submissions
• Collaborate with team members and step in as needed to support department functions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• 0-2 years of accounting experience (internships welcome!)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization
