Position Overview

Starion is seeking a Virtual Banking Call Center Representative to join their team in Mandan. This role is perfect for someone who is customer focused, disciplined, ethical, and action oriented. You’ll be responsible for handling online accounts, consumer loans, and delivering advanced digital banking solutions while ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers. Must be available to work at the Mandan location with hours varying daily between 7 AM and 6 PM Monday–Friday along with a Saturday rotation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage online accounts and consumer loans
  • Deliver advanced digital and online offerings (online, mobile, social, phone, email/chat and more)
  • Enhance the customer experience by providing effective solutions
  • Provide customers with convenient ways to manage their accounts and address their financial needs
  • Serve all Starion Bank locations throughout North Dakota and Wisconsin
  • Quickly answer customer inquiries in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Deliver exceptional service and ensure first call resolution while adhering to compliance guidelines
  • Identify and offer products and services that support customers’ financial success
  • Complete weekly tasks as assigned and assist customers with navigating and troubleshooting online products

Preferred Qualifications

  • One or more years of customer service experience
  • Experience in a call center or customer service setting
  • General understanding of standard bank transactions and common products and services
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish desired but not required
