Position Overview

Reality Labs brings together world class experts to develop and ship groundbreaking products at the intersection of hardware, software, and content. We are building the tools and experiences that make people feel closer together, including products such as Ray-Ban Meta glasses, Quest, Horizon, and VR games. The RL Marketing team drives adoration and everyday usage for RL products by unleashing data driven marketing and creativity to accelerate business results. We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to focus on Ray-Ban Meta—someone who can lead cross-functional efforts, deliver integrated marketing plans, and unify teams around a strategic north star in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply analytical rigor, audience insights, and a mix of brand and product knowledge to deliver marketing plans that truly move the needle.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Insights to translate business objectives into marketing strategy supporting an ambitious roadmap.
  • Deliver cross-channel marketing programs including strategy, execution, optimization, analysis, and reporting.
  • Develop an understanding of our audience personas, mindsets, attitudes, values, and behaviors across products and industries.
  • Create innovative briefs to reach target audiences and achieve business goals.
  • Partner with multiple teams—including International Marketing, Product Marketing, Insights, Decision Science, Social, Influencer, Communications, Planning and Media Investment, Creative X, Media and Advertising Agencies, Growth Marketing, and Product Management—to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance to provide data-backed insights for optimizing campaigns and uncovering new opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in managing and executing large-scale consumer campaigns and long-term brand building through a wide-ranging media mix that delivers measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of consumers with demonstrated ability to utilize research and data to drive actionable marketing insights.
  • Proven experience working with media and creative agencies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with a track record of building collaborative partnerships across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while coordinating with diverse internal and external teams for seamless program launches.
  • Experience in consumer technology, wearables, and Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality technologies.
  • A strong background in brand building with experience developing and executing insights-driven consumer marketing plans.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through digital and traditional media strategies.
  • Experience working for a developing or emerging brand with multiple products.
  • E-commerce and retail experience, preferably in consumer electronics.

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation: $150,000/year to $211,000/year + bonus + equity. Individual compensation is determined based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
