We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who’s excited to learn and grow while helping us share our story and reach more people. You’ll work on a wide variety of marketing activities—including content creation, campaign support, events, and social media—making this a great role for someone eager to gain hands‑on experience alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Location: Flex work – hybrid location with time split between your home office and our North Phoenix office (near Deer Valley Airport)

Key Responsibilities
- Help develop and update marketing materials, presentations, and sales resources.
- Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, events, and sponsorships.
- Create and schedule content for social media, email, and other digital channels.
- Support research efforts to better understand our target audiences.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Track results from campaigns and help summarize performance.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of marketing, communications, or related experience (internships count).
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing basics.
- Comfortable learning new software and tools (HubSpot, Canva/Adobe, AI tools).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
- A team player with a positive attitude and curiosity to learn.
