The role of Senior CRM Marketing Analyst is designed to lead marketing efforts that deliver a personalized site experience while driving segmentation strategies across email, mobile, and website channels. This position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns, analyze performance, and optimize CRM strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute site personalization strategies via Adobe Test & Target.
- Identify opportunities for personalization, define target audiences, and collaborate with teams to ensure alignment of personalized experiences across the website and CRM channels.
- Analyze campaign performance, summarize findings, and share results with appropriate stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Develop targeting strategies for Direct Mail, Email, and SMS/Push to improve customer retention and drive overall omnichannel sales.
- Apply various targeting techniques, including RFM, model scores, and control groups.
- Build and optimize audiences using the campaign management tool (SAS 360) across all CRM channels.
- Compile results, provide recommendations, and outline next steps for select CRM campaigns.
- Prepare and maintain the weekly email status sheet covering targeting, segmentation, scheduling, and campaign communications.
- Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to optimize CRM strategies.
- Manage asset workflow, including creative briefs and linking strategies for CRM initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) is required; a background in Marketing and/or Digital Marketing is a plus.
- 3-5 years of analytical experience.
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Experience with marketing systems and tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, and SAS 360 is a plus.
- Ability to partner with multiple cross-functional teams.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a results and goal-focused mindset.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and recognizes the need for urgency.
