Job Description

Position Overview

Live Nation Entertainment, the world’s leading live entertainment and eCommerce company, is seeking a Digital Media Manager to oversee all digital marketing efforts for its country music festivals. Reporting directly to the COO of Country Nation, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative digital strategies, managing substantial budgets, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy
    • Develop an overall digital strategy for all country festivals
    • Constantly find new ways to market the festivals in the digital space
    • Stay ahead of industry trends
    • Create and schedule detailed ad creatives, copy, and targeting for on sale, maintenance, and closing campaigns
  • Budget
    • Forecast, set, and achieve team budgets/goals
    • Manage budgets of over $250,000
    • Allocate funds appropriately across digital platforms during various campaign phases
    • Handle the digital portions of the Ad Pack in ROME
  • Support Staff Management
    • Develop and implement training materials for onboarding part-time and new marketing staff
    • Design and execute the Nashville office Intern Program
  • Vendor Management
    • Manage a robust team of 3rd party vendors and direct digital buying strategy for multiple festivals
    • Work with the ad team to drive ticket sales through digital bookings
    • Ensure timely asset delivery, analytics, and reporting
    • Schedule digital buys on platforms like Facebook, Google, and Instagram
    • Coordinate with the graphic design team for creative assets across socials, websites, and apps
    • Hire and manage on-site photographers and video teams, enforcing deadlines and organization
    • Curate engaging content and coordinate future marketing assets
  • Digital App
    • Collaborate with the designated app vendor to create festival apps that inform fans and drive ticket sales
    • Ensure procedures and contracts are followed for timely payments
  • Social Media/Paid Digital Strategy
    • Manage fan engagement across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Spotify, TikTok, and YouTube
    • Create digital creative campaigns around major local and national events
    • Schedule and organize organic social posts to maintain engagement and create FOMO
    • Execute successful paid digital campaigns using digital ad buying expertise
  • Data Analysis
    • Generate digital reports for each festival and deliver insights to leadership
    • Analyze data against forecasts and adjust campaigns as needed
  • Website Development
    • Manage website development teams to handle redesigns, updates, and maintenance
    • Oversee timelines and budgets while ensuring user-friendly, attractive designs
    • Update critical festival information in coordination with the site team
  • Influencer Marketing
    • Design an official influencer program to cultivate local and national influencer partnerships
    • Foster relationships with artist teams to generate organic and paid creative content
  • Digital Promotions
    • Curate fan promotions before and during each festival
    • Develop engaging giveaway campaigns to drive festival engagement
    • Collaborate with legal teams to produce official contest rules
  • Sponsorship Liaison
    • Work with the sponsorship team on creative scheduling and coordination for digital platforms
    • Coordinate sponsorship takeovers and rebranding efforts for items such as apps and websites

Compensation

Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Live Nation takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees.
