Position Overview

As the Field Marketing Manager, you will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for Franchisees and be responsible for managing regional and local marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, drive customer traffic, and build sales. You will work closely with the Corporate Marketing Team to execute field marketing programs—supporting new store openings, product rollouts, and strategic regional plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage regional and local marketing plans to maximize system marketing efforts, enhance brand awareness, and implement promotions that increase customer traffic and build sales.
- Manage co-op/regional fund budgets, including media buys, post buys, and vendor communications.
- Track Regional Fund accounts and budgets; forecast reporting metrics and measure projects against goals to ensure timely and on-budget completion.
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for Franchisees, ensuring clear communication of corporate strategies and adherence to brand standards.
- Execute event strategies from planning through logistics, onsite execution, and post-event analysis.
- Analyze the performance of marketing plans and implement strategies to improve underperforming campaigns and activities.
- Drive new restaurant opening sales performance by creating awareness and traffic-driving plans.
- Collaborate on joint marketing programs with regional partners to drive pipeline engagement.
- Ensure consistency of corporate and brand messaging across all programs.
- Communicate, influence, and drive franchisee performance within assigned DMA’s.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and management at all levels.
- Maintain keen attention to detail while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Show strong financial acumen by managing budgets and controlling costs.

Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field is required.
- At least five (5) years of experience in consumer marketing, advertising, retail, hospitality, or media.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing local and regional marketing plans while supporting national programs.
- Proven experience managing large budgets, multiple accounts or markets, coordinating with media, and executing events and sponsorships.
- DMA Co-op management experience is required.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel at least 70% of the time within the assigned area.
