🧭 Remote-based role with ~70% travel
We are partnering with a global leader in metals manufacturing technology and industrial equipment to find a highly skilled Technical Sales Engineer focused on after-sales service and customer support within the steel industry. This role plays a critical part in maintaining strong client relationships, resolving technical issues, and supporting ongoing equipment performance across multiple territories. This position is ideal for professionals who combine technical expertise with strong customer-facing skills and thrive in a dynamic, travel-heavy environment supporting major steel producers.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- ✔️ Strong technical background in metals manufacturing or industrial equipment (after-sales services preferred)
- ✔️ Proven ability to manage technical issues while maintaining strong client communication
- ✔️ Excellent interpersonal, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- ✔️ Comfortable working with multiple facilities across several states
- ✔️ Willingness to travel 70%+
