As a Beauty Advisor (BA), you are responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will engage with each guest to determine their unique needs, manage cashier tasks, ensure fixtures are well stocked, and maintain overall store cleanliness—all while supporting sales performance, guest service, and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s sales and service goals by driving guest engagement and recommending complementary products.
• Provide expert beauty guidance by performing makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain high store standards by ensuring merchandise is well stocked, fixtures are organized, and cleanliness is upheld throughout the store.
• Collaborate with team members and management to support in-store events, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s policies, dress code, and loss prevention practices while delivering outstanding customer service.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma (preferred).
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated passion for guest service and competency in sales.
• Proficiency with basic technology, including Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships and troubleshoot challenges.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
