Position Overview

The Entry-Level Marketing & Data Entry Coordinator supports daily marketing activities and administrative operations at Morris Miller Wine And Spirits. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, retail operations, and data management within a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Support: Assist with social media posts, website updates, and email promotions.
  • Help prepare in-store marketing materials such as flyers, signage, and displays.
  • Support promotional events, tastings, and product launches.
  • Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials.
  • Track basic marketing activity and assist with reports.
  • Data Entry & Administrative Support: Enter and update inventory, pricing, sales, and vendor information.
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical records.
  • Review data for accuracy and report discrepancies.
  • Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
  • Provide administrative support to operations and management.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
