As a full-time Energy Efficiency Project Manager on our Energy Efficiency Programs Team, you will support programs that incentivize the adoption of commercial energy efficient technologies including lighting, HVAC, foodservice, pumps, and process systems. Your work will have a broad impact on energy efficiency markets and greenhouse gas reductions while having an active voice in shaping the nation's energy future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation support, phone engagement, quality control, and completion of project deliverables
  • Facilitating the progress of multiple projects and bringing them to conclusion
  • Communicating project progress to internal stakeholders
  • Interacting with customers, clients, and external collaborators
  • Conducting market research and data analysis
  • Organizing and facilitating distribution of periodic data reports

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with an energy focus – preferably in engineering, environmental science, or business
  • Minimum of two years relevant work experience
  • Flexibility and adaptability regarding project focus
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed technical and quantitative analysis
  • Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with stakeholders
  • Extensive experience using Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work and thrive independently as well as in groups
  • Outstanding quality control practices

Compensation: Commensurate with experience with a pay band of $69,000-$79,000 and includes a generous retirement package.
