Entry Level Automotive Technician - Sugar Hill, GA

Position Overview

Goodyear is IMMEDIATELY HIRING for an Entry Level Automotive Technician. In this role, you will work in one of Goodyear’s over 580 auto service centers nationwide and gain hands-on experience performing basic automotive services. No prior experience is required as you will receive comprehensive training to build a successful career in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Mount and balance tires, perform oil changes, filter replacements, and other basic automotive maintenance tasks.
• Train with experienced technicians to learn additional automotive services and best practices.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service through clear communication and feedback regarding vehicle care.
• Follow established safety policies and standard operating procedures.
• Perform manual tasks, including light and heavy lifting, as part of daily operations.

Required Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Ability to review, analyze, and interpret information to identify issues and make decisions.
• Commitment to learning new technologies and following safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous automotive preventative maintenance experience or formal automotive training.
