In this remote role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, organizing, and managing data from various sources to support our Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring high-quality records and smooth operations. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer information, account details, and other data from various source documents into our systems.
- Manage and maintain databases using Excel, Word, and other data entry software.
- Convert paper-based records into digital formats through keyboard input, data recorders, or scanners.
- Organize and categorize data for easy retrieval, ensuring proper storage in digital databases.
- Review and verify the accuracy of data before final entry to maintain high-quality records.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, to manage spreadsheets, perform calculations, and generate reports.
- Research and gather information from websites and other online sources, then input the data into structured templates.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing departments by assisting with data-related tasks and reports.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by management in an efficient and timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
- Proven experience in a data entry, administrative, or clerical role.
- Strong typing and data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate effectively with team members.
- Experience with data entry in construction, real estate, or home-building industries is a bonus but not necessary.
