Our Industrial M&A team – one of the leading advisory groups globally with more than 100 bankers – is now seeking an experienced Investment Banking Analyst to join our team in Milwaukee, WI.

Key Responsibilities

• Play an integral role on investment banking teams, providing analytical support on mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other financial advisory services.
• Assist in preparing company valuations, financial models, marketing documents, and client presentations while performing detailed research and analysis in support of new business generation.
• Develop your skills through broad exposure by working closely with both junior and senior bankers across various transactions.
• Engage throughout the entire transaction process, from the preparation of marketing materials to the facilitation of due diligence.

Required Qualifications

• 12-24 months of full-time work experience; investment banking experience is strongly preferred.
• A proven academic record with a genuine passion for finance.
• Experience working in a solution-focused environment and the ability to hit the ground running.
• A strong work ethic with a history of success, and the capacity to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Excellent mathematical, writing, verbal, and computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SIE and Series 79 licensing is preferred or the ability to quickly obtain these certifications.

• Compensation: Min: $110,000 - Max: $125,000 Annual Salary; Bonus Eligible; overall compensation and bonus are commensurate with experience, performance, and/or Global Industrial Banking profitability.
