Position Overview
Residential home builder, William Ryan Homes, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Counselor to sell new homes in our Phoenix area communities. The ideal candidate is committed to selling our homes in a personal and professional manner, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction while achieving all assigned sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Work at Model Home sales office on Saturdays, Sundays, and 3 days during the week from 10am to 6pm, or by appointment.
- Provide outstanding customer service at all stages of the construction process – from sale, to close, to warranty.
- Maintain professional and personal relationships with the Broker community and Developer liaisons.
- Actively participate in social media and direct mail campaigns to drive traffic to the Sales Counselor role.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledgeable in new home designs, options, and features.
- Proven aptitude for selling in a residential homebuilding environment.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Minimal travel required; candidate must own or lease a vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license with insurance coverage.
- Must have a cell phone with a data package.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two (2) years of prior experience in New Home Sales or equivalent retail sales experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
