Job Description

Position Overview

The National Sales Manager with Virgin Hotels of Las Vegas, part of the Hilton family, serves as the hotel’s representative to prospective clients seeking to rent rooms, meeting spaces, and food & beverage services. This role involves responding to inquiries, initiating sales, qualifying leads, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery. The position is East Coast Corporate Market focused, partnering with Hilton Global Sales on designated global accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the hotel’s representative to prospective clients for room, meeting space, and food & beverage service rentals.
  • Respond to inquiries, initiate new sales, prospect, qualify leads and solicit potential clients.
  • Conduct site visits, entertain clients, prepare proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure that requested services are provided seamlessly.
  • Travel to solicit business, promote the hotel, and review competition.
  • Liaise and partner with Hilton Global Sales representatives on all designated global accounts.
