Graphic Designer - Hybrid Engagement

Position Overview

We are looking for a Graphic Designer for our Global client. This is an 8‑month hybrid engagement based in Boston, MA. Candidates must have experience with print, packaging, retail displays, and digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original graphic designs across various mediums including print, packaging, retail displays, event signage, logos, imagery, video, and collateral materials.
• Collaborate with cross‐functional teams from initial concept development to final production and distribution.
• Manage individual projects, including timelines, budgets, supplier coordination, and quality control.
• Negotiate costs, review billing, and provide budget reconciliation.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external agencies, effectively communicating project details and design requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience.
• Advanced design skills and a strong understanding of design principles.
• Proficiency in computerized design systems.
• Proven project management experience, including budget management and supplier coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compensation Range: $42.59 to $47.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including education, relevant work experience, certifications, and location.
