Entry Level Sales Reps Needed - Paid Weekly

Position Overview

Vector Marketing is seeking part-time sales representatives to engage with customers in relaxed, one-on-one appointments where you will introduce and sell Cutco products. This role is designed for individuals who value exceptional customer service and flexibility. You will receive a Guaranteed Base Pay each time you meet a qualified potential customer, ensuring you have a solid safety net while you focus on delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct one-on-one appointments (in-home or virtual) with potential customers.
• Present Cutco products and assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs.
• Submit orders online and via our mobile app.
• Review sales performance with your manager and attend optional weekly Zoom meetings.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while upholding our no-pressure sales philosophy.

Required Qualifications

• Enjoy working with people and delivering excellent customer service.
• Must be at least 17 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to interview within 5-7 days.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
