Position Overview
Boeing is inviting talented individuals to join our Engineering teams at Entry-level, Associate, and Mid-level positions. Our engineering opportunities span various disciplines including Electronic & Electrical Engineering, Flight, Materials and Process Engineering, Mechanical/Structural Engineering, Production and Industrial Engineering, Software, Systems, Test and Evaluation Engineering, Product Support, Flight Operations, Product Security, Safety, and Airworthiness.
These roles offer a mix of onsite, hybrid, and virtual opportunities at multiple U.S. locations. Candidates must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements by being a "U.S. Person" and, for some positions, the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance is required. Opportunities are contingent upon eligibility criteria and are not available with visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Currently majoring in a core engineering or applied sciences discipline (e.g., Aeronautical/Aerospace, Civil, Chemical, Computer Engineering/Science, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Software Engineering, Structural Engineering, Quality Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations Research, Cybersecurity, Engineering Mechanics, Systems Engineering).
- Currently enrolled student at a college or university with an expected graduation date prior to August 2026.

- Strong academic performance.
- Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills as demonstrated through leadership positions on teams and/or in student or civic organizations.
- Strong technical experiences as demonstrated through technical projects, research, or engineering internships.
- Exceptional communication skills along with enthusiasm for engineering, aerospace, and a career with Boeing.

- Compensation: Pay is based on candidate experience, qualifications, market conditions, and business considerations.
- Salary: Entry-Level: $54,000 - $142,000; Associate: $64,000 - $177,000; Mid-Level: $77,000 - $222,000.

- Location: Multiple U.S. locations offering onsite, hybrid, or virtual opportunities.
