Position Overview

Brewtopia, an energetic and passionate 7 Brew franchise group, is proud to bring the bold, people-first energy of 7 Brew to Cleveland, Detroit, and beyond. We’re seeking a Marketing Manager who will architect the Brewtopia brand—from local digital campaigns and grand openings to community events—with a focus on operational excellence and authentic connection. In this build-from-scratch role, you’ll fuel local store growth and help shape memorable guest experiences. Note: Candidates must live within driving distance of either the Cleveland or Detroit Metro Areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing strategy for all Brewtopia-owned 7 Brew markets across Michigan, New York, and future territories.
  • Develop and execute grand opening launch plans that drive excitement through community engagement, local PR, and digital activations.
  • Build and manage local store marketing programs to drive same-store sales growth and maintain brand consistency.
  • Oversee social media presence and content strategy while collaborating with store teams and corporate to tell our story authentically.
  • Partner with Operations and HR on employer branding, recruiting campaigns, and internal culture initiatives.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships, including creative, PR, and digital media partners.
  • Track and report on campaign performance with a focus on ROI, community impact, and guest engagement.
  • Build the foundation for a scalable marketing function through the creation of systems, templates, dashboards, and future team hires.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in multi-unit retail, QSR, or franchise marketing.
  • A balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, with the ability to think big and execute fast.
  • Proven success in local store marketing, social media strategy, and community engagement.
  • A compelling storyteller who can connect brand purpose with guest emotion.
  • Data-driven and creative, with a focus on analyzing what works and scaling successful strategies.
  • A collaborative, self-starting leader who thrives in an energetic, growth-oriented environment.
