Position Overview
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our growing event marketing team. If you enjoy engaging with people, have a passion for delivering excellent service, and are excited to work in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you! As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you’ll work closely with our clients and customers to support event marketing campaigns, ensuring that all attendees have a memorable experience. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service and event marketing, with full training and support provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about upcoming events and marketing campaigns
- Serve as a friendly brand ambassador, representing the company at live events and interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Assist in event planning and execution by coordinating logistics, handling customer registrations, and providing on-site support
- Work with the marketing team to promote events and engage with potential attendees
- Maintain accurate customer records and track feedback to ensure continuous improvement of customer service processes
- Collaborate with the event marketing team to achieve client goals and enhance customer engagement
- Support customers through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, or in-person) with professionalism and attention to detail
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not necessary)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- A customer-first attitude with a passion for providing outstanding service
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or event coordination is a plus but not required
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends when events are scheduled
