Position Overview

Join Comcast’s Effectv as a Small Business Account Executive in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Effectv, the advertising sales division of Comcast Cable, helps local, regional and national advertisers leverage digital and multiscreen television advertising to grow their business. With a presence in 66 markets and nearly 35 million subscribers, we are committed to connecting clients with their customers through innovative advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of small-to-medium business accounts with the goal to retain, upsell, and extend contract agreements.
  • Prospect and secure new customers by following the company’s planned sales strategies and timely follow-up on inbound leads.
  • Analyze confidential information and prepare accurate reports, manuals, agendas, and other correspondence.
  • Present targeted advertising packages to prospective and current clients to generate incremental revenue.
  • Complete required documentation and reporting for contracts, advertising schedules, sales calls, and expense reports.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer and prospect records and contribute to sales forecasting efforts.
  • Exhibit independent judgment and discretion in handling significant matters.
  • Ensure consistent, punctual attendance while adapting to variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma / GED
  • Experience Required: 2-5 Years of relevant work experience
  • Proven sales and customer service skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as necessary.

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary: Base Pay: $44,000.00; Total Target Compensation: $62,750.00
