Key Responsibilities

  • Answer questions from potential customers about solar by going door-to-door and setting up appointments for our closing team.
  • Acquire energy bills from prospective clients and generate proposals.
  • Close deals and address any customer questions during the installation process.

Required Qualifications

  • Self-motivated and driven attitude.
  • Previous experience in door-to-door or canvassing is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to professionally canvass neighborhoods for new solar leads.
  • Strong communication skills with a positive attitude when engaging new people.
  • Must be coachable and an effective team player.
  • Reliable transportation and a commitment to attend all team meetings and trainings.
  • Driver's License (Required)

  • Compensation Package: Full-time role with a pay range of $90,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year, bonus opportunities, commission pay, and monthly bonus.
  • Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, and weekends as needed.
