Marketing Manager – Warewash Division – Troy, OH
Location: Troy, OH
Illinois Tool Works (ITW) is a global Fortune 200 company with seven business segments. ITW’s Food Equipment Group is seeking a Marketing Manager for its Warewash (Commercial Dishwashing) Division at its Troy, Ohio facility, located about 20 minutes north of Dayton. The Warewash Division produces Hobart branded commercial dishwashers used in restaurants, healthcare facilities, schools, universities, hotels, and other environments. In this role, you will help grow digital marketing programs and support the product marketing and sales organizations to maximize demand and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate content development, including blogs, social posts, advertising, product descriptions, and other marketing materials.
  • Provide paid and organic SEO management and optimization across search platforms and Hobart web properties.
  • Manage email marketing programs.
  • Coordinate social media marketing programs, including organic posts and paid ads.
  • Coordinate paid media advertising, including creative development and placements across multiple industry channels.
  • Support sales programs with targeted direct marketing activities that drive lead generation and product education.
  • Assist in the development of product and sales collateral.
  • Participate in market and customer research activities, including the recruitment and execution of customer panels, surveys, and interviews.
  • Conduct competitive product and marketing reviews and analysis.
  • Provide up-to-date tracking and reporting on all marketing and advertising results.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant marketing role, including 2+ years working with digital marketing programs utilizing automation platforms such as Hubspot, Pardot, Magento, or D365.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop content that generates measurable results in social and digital channels.
  • Ability to learn and adapt new tools and techniques for various projects and programs.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Experience with HTML and desktop publishing applications is preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed; approximately 5% - 10% of the time.

  • Compensation: $80,000 - $94,000
