Operations Support Associate

Roles and Duties:

• Abide by all safety rules and procedures to guarantee a secure workplace.
• Engage in safety training programs to enhance your performance capabilities in a swiftly moving warehouse environment.
• Arrange, transport, and dispatch items for delivery to customers and retail locations.
• Ensure the meticulous management of products for retail fulfillment and customer drop-offs.
• Facilitate the movement of freight and optimize inventory operations within the warehouse.
• Make sure your workspace is clutter-free, organized, and clean at all times.
• Report to work on time and finalize assigned duties with precision and within the designated timeline.
• Work on addressing issues to foster continuous operational improvements.
• Exhibit a favorable and considerate behavior when working autonomously or in a team environment.

Requirements:

• Responsible for regularly moving and handling goods that weigh 35-50 lbs.
• Able to occasionally lift and carry items up to 60 lbs.
• Capacity to stand, walk, exert pressure, tug, crouch, incline, and extend over the course of shifts.
• Sustain a positive and professional approach whether in a team or independent work setting.
• Foundational numerical skills, which encompass counting, addition, and subtraction.
• Competency in accurately comprehending and interpreting information found on labels, tickets, and other product-related documents.
• Utilize computer systems or portable devices proficiently without the need for constant supervision post-training.
• Proficient in expressing thoughts verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency in comprehending, communicating in, and interpreting English to abide by safety rules, procedures, and directives.

Additional Requirements:

• Skilled in participating in training sessions and operating motorized equipment in a safe manner (e.g., Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit-Down & Stand-Up Forklift).
• Experienced in working safely at heights of up to 40 feet whenever necessary.
• Proficient in conducting duties for prolonged periods within environments that are temperature-controlled, like refrigerators and freezers.
