Are you a Manufacturing / Production Supervisor from a Manufacturing / Production background looking for an immediately available 6 month contract role with the view to go permanent for a market leading manufacturing company?
My client is a manufacturer of products that are used in Aerospace, Army, Energy & other sectors, due to an increase in their workload & securing new contracts they are now looking for a Manufacturing / Production Supervisor to work on a 2nd shift basis.
As a Manufacturing / Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all second-shift operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
This role would suit a Manufacturing / Production Supervisor that is looking for an immediately available, 2nd shift based contract role that will move into direct hire role for the right person.
The Role:
- Manufacturing / Production Supervisor
- Adhering to environmental, health, and safety (EH&S) standards, promoting safe work habits and ensuring compliance across all manufacturing and testing equipment.
- Immediately available, contract role working on the 2nd shift with the view to go permanent

- Prior experience working within a manufacturing or production environment
- Living within the Ohio area and looking for an immediately available contract to hire role
