Key Responsibilities

• Source and match candidates who can perform from day one for our prestigious clients.
• Evaluate technical skills and project experience to ensure the right fit for client requirements.
• Facilitate skill enhancement programs and provide guidance for interview preparations.
• Engage with candidates for both Software Programming and Data Science/Machine Learning roles.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or IT.
• Highly motivated, self-learner with a keen technical curiosity.
• For Software Programming roles: Experience in Java (including Core Java), JavaScript, C++ and familiarity with Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Jenkins, and REST APIs.
• For Data Science/Machine Learning roles: Project experience and a solid understanding of Statistics, SAS, Python, Computer Vision, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• For Data Science/Machine Learning roles: Additional expertise in NLP, Text Mining, Tableau, PowerBI, TensorFlow, and Time Series Analysis.
