Position Overview
SunTech Heating and Air is a trusted leader in the HVAC industry serving Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Comfort Advisor to join our team. In this commission-based role—with a $500 weekly safety net to ensure income stability if commissions fall short—you will help homeowners find the best HVAC solutions tailored to their needs. The role requires expert guidance, building customer trust, and closing sales while working flexible hours including some weekends, after-hours, and performing occasional light physical tasks such as accessing attics and roofs.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Consultations: Conduct in-home evaluations to assess HVAC needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Sales: Present financing options, system features, and benefits to close sales and meet revenue goals.
- Physical Work: Occasionally access attics and roofs for inspections and system recommendations.
- Lead Management: Utilize company-provided leads and proactively generate new opportunities.
- Follow-Up: Maintain excellent post-sale communication to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about HVAC systems, energy efficiency products, and company offerings.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with installation and service teams for smooth project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience (HVAC sales experience preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Comfortable performing light physical tasks such as climbing ladders and accessing attics/roofs.
- Self-motivated with a customer-first attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of sales experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
