Comprehensive training will be provided to familiarize you with Florida’s intricate insurance market and our latest products.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of maintaining accurate records of bookkeeping, client, and sales reports to track assigned goals.
- Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to meet individual customer needs.
- Maintain a portfolio of existing customers and pursue insurance sales with new clients using strategies that may include cold calling and networking.
- Stay abreast of changes to rules or policies to effectively update insurance programs for clients.
- Listen to clients to evaluate their needs and stage-of-life priorities before presenting suitable insurance options.
- Keep updated on market changes and rates.
- Utilize strong note-taking and problem-solving skills while adapting to new software programs.
- Handle 30-40 inbound calls per day efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma mandatory.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with strong customer service abilities.
- Valid insurance license required or willingness to obtain licensing, with a Personal Lines Insurance Agent license being a must.
- Working knowledge of accounting and sales lead software is a plus.
- Positive attitude with proficiency in typing and multitasking.
- A quiet home office with high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to manage multiple computer programs, including CRM and carrier websites.
- Willingness to complete training and development courses in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to learn new things quickly.

Compensation
$50,000 - $65,000 yearly
