UI/UX Designer

Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and customer-centric Senior Product Designer to join the Community design team at Company. Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex products and features along the entire customer journey
• Collaborate and drive strategic alignment with cross-functional partners
• Contribute to the design practice at Company, leveraging the EVO design system, and designing end-to-end experiences across mobile and desktop platforms
• Lead thoughtful and human-centered solutions for both short-term outcomes and long-term vision
• Create user scenarios, journey maps, wireframes, Lo-Fi/Hi-Fi designs and prototypes throughout the full product development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience designing software within complex company ecosystems, demonstrating a hands-on approach to delivering end-to-end customer experiences
• Passion for craft, leveraging competitive analysis, user research, visual design, interaction design, prototyping, storytelling, and experimentation with new tools and technologies
• Data driven, building customer-centric solutions backed by analytics and user research
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with product managers, engineers, user researchers, content designers, and program managers
• Curiosity for personal and professional growth, always learning new ways to uplevel your craft and deliver business impact
• An outstanding portfolio showcasing your product design expertise and delivered outcomes
