Position Overview

This remote, entry-level position is for motivated individuals passionate about travel. As an Online Travel Specialist, you will work from anywhere with an internet connection and help clients plan vacations while booking cruises, resorts, guided tours, and theme park trips. Applicants must reside in USA, Mexico, Australia, UK, Italy, Bahamas, Jamaica, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, or Aruba.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with vacation planning and travel arrangements
• Specialize in booking cruises, resorts, guided tours, and theme parks
• Recommend travel packages based on individual needs and preferences
• Complete required supplier certifications (all materials provided)
• Optional: Use online systems to manage bookings, updates, and follow-ups

Required Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for travel and customer service
• Comfortable using web-based tools (training provided)
• Reliable internet connection and basic computer skills
• Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the specified countries
