This role is pivotal to support school districts’ learning initiatives and is open to top talent from across the United States and Canada in an office-optional, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive successful district implementations from post-sales throughout the lifecycle of the relationship
  • Work with CRM and Project Management tools to implement processes that consistently generate high levels of district engagement
  • Navigate complex discussions with empathy and confidence, identifying nuanced customer needs and facilitating change management to boost usage and satisfaction with Khan Academy’s products and content
  • Manage school district account growth; identify and pursue expansion opportunities
  • Represent an in-depth perspective of customer and user needs throughout the company
  • Utilize internal tools with fidelity while identifying opportunities to improve their usage over time
  • Facilitate professional development sessions for teachers and administrators on effective use of Khan Academy
  • Drive improvements to district success playbooks by testing new ideas, measuring results, and collaborating with peers
  • Travel 10-15% during a typical year

Required Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving skills using tools and technology, with experience in CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)
  • 2+ years of customer success, account management, or education-focused customer support experience
  • Deep understanding of teachers and school districts, with a clear passion for education; experience as a math or science teacher is a bonus but not required
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of concise and persuasive communication in multiple formats
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to support and execute dozens of school district accounts simultaneously

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive salaries and annual bonuses
  • Ample paid time off as needed – we focus on results, not face time
  • Generous parental leave
  • A fun, high-caliber team that trusts you and gives you the freedom to be brilliant
  • Opportunity to apply your talents towards a deeply meaningful mission and work on high-impact educational products
  • Affinity groups that foster community among diverse groups including parents, Black and Hispanic/Latino, women, gender minorities, and LGBTQIA+ individuals
