Job Description

Position Overview

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, Mid-Market + Enterprise at Hiya, you will drive the go‐to‐market strategy for one of the company’s most critical, sales‐led segments. In this role, you will empower Sales with tailored enablement, compelling messaging, competitive positioning, and effective account-based marketing strategies. You will work closely with Sales, Demand Gen, Web, and Lifecycle teams to craft narratives that connect Hiya’s innovative voice intelligence solutions with customer needs. Compensation: $155,000–$190,000. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Seattle, WA with immediate start and approximately 15–20% travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Hiya’s platform and translate it into solution-oriented narratives that address customer pains and outcomes.
  • Define and refine the Ideal Customer Profile in collaboration with Sales by uncovering patterns across regions and industries.
  • Lead account-based marketing (ABM) strategies by designing and executing personalized campaigns, content, and events.
  • Deliver comprehensive messaging, competitive intelligence, and enablement materials—from playbooks to collateral—to boost win rates and shorten sales cycles.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to develop proof points and effective talk tracks for Sales.
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen, Web, and Lifecycle teams to align campaign strategies and nurture flows.
  • Define success metrics, track performance, and provide actionable insights that shape strategy and the product roadmap.
  • Support international expansion by creating localized narratives and go-to-market playbooks.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years in B2B SaaS product marketing or a related role, ideally with Mid-Market or Enterprise experience.
  • Proven ability to grasp complex products and articulate platform-level value beyond just features.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate product capabilities into tangible customer impact.
  • Experience in sales enablement, account-based marketing (ABM), and competitive positioning.
  • Comfort with managing customer retention and renewal strategies.
  • A scrappy, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to dig into the ‘why’ and provide actionable insights.
