Job Overview:

The organization is undertaking a significant initiative to establish a unified and efficient mobile technology framework aimed at enhancing productivity, fostering best practices, and simplifying mobile workforce technology across the firm. Over the next 18 months, concluding in 2026, the initiative will involve reviewing the corporate device landscape and providing replacements where required. To achieve this goal, the program team will play a critical role in delivering this initiative.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and maintain work stream schedules.
  • Provide work stream meeting management.
  • Develop and own work stream updates for the Program steering packs.
  • Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
  • Generate status reports.
  • Support the Program Management team as required.
  • Maintain project controls and manage project documentation.
  • Utilize Program templates, best practices, and SharePoint.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of Project Management Office experience.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of project lifecycles and governance within large organizations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and build consensus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Keen attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Prior experience working in financial services or consulting firms.
  • Demonstrated experience with technology projects and understanding of complexities and issues arising from such initiatives.

Pay Range:

$80 - $89.43

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
