Position Overview

The Regional Marketing Field Coordinator serves as the on‐the‐ground marketing partner at the divisional level, supporting community execution, New Home Consultants, and regional marketing initiatives. You will ensure smooth, timely, and brand‐aligned marketing implementation at the community level.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary marketing resource for Sales leaders and New Home Consultants.
- Fulfill requests for flyers and collateral to support sales activity in partnership with regional teams.
- Support Quick Move-In (QMI) homes with accurate signage, post and monitor MLS listings, and oversee community photography.
- Oversee exterior/interior color selection updates.
- Coordinate, track, and maintain signage inventory across assigned divisions.
- Partner with approved signage vendors for installs, removals, and updates.
- Manage and organize the marketing closet with current branded materials.
- Plan and execute on-site logistics for local marketing events including grand openings, broker events, sales promotions, and open house weekends.
- Support national and regional campaign rollouts at the local community level.
- Oversee community launch execution including WHC office setup, Self-Guided Tour installations/removals, and basic office systems.
- Assist regional content teams with photography requests for homes, local areas, and lifestyle imagery.
- Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and regional marketing to ensure flawless execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree (or equivalent preferred) – High school diploma or GED required.
- 0 - 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator.
- Strong computer skills and competencies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective partnerships with internal teams and sales staff.
- Resourceful and solution oriented.
- Comfortable with digital tools and platforms (e.g., MLS, Canva, Airtable).
- Experience in home building, real estate, or consumer-facing industries is a plus.
- Willingness to travel weekly at the community level within the assigned division/market.
