 <ul style="padding-left: 20px; margin: 10px 0;">
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Operating under direct supervision, ensure designs meet client specifications and comply with federal, state, and local regulatory standards.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Conduct site assessments, adjust design parameters as needed, and perform water quality analyses and modeling.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Contribute to technical report preparation, documentation, and collaborate on presentations for client meetings and industry conferences.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Assist in creating documents and presentations using tools such as ArcGIS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, CADD, Excel, and other software.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Participate in fieldwork supporting construction management activities, providing exposure to the complete project lifecycle.</li>
