We are seeking a Lead Project Engineer to join our team at the CMPLX HQ in Miami, Florida. This is a Full-time and fully on-site role. The role entails overseeing and managing engineering tasks, including project development and execution, coordinating with team members, preparing construction plans, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, providing construction support, collaborating with clients, conducting field visits, and preparing technical reports.

Required Qualifications
- 2-4 Years of Experience Post-Graduation
- Strong Communication and Project Management skills
- Proficiency in Roadway Design, Traffic Engineering, and Infrastructure Design
- Knowledge of Drainage, TCP, ITS, Lighting, S&PM, and Signalization Design
- Strong understanding of engineering standards and regulatory compliance
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering - REQUIRED
- Engineer Intern (EI) Certification - REQUIRED
- Professional Engineering (PE) License is a plus
- Previous experience working on civil, transit, or transportation projects - REQUIRED
- Previous experience working on FDOT projects is a plus
