Position Overview

As a Specialist Sales Executive Mobility on AT&T's National Business Sales team, you will drive innovative mobility solutions and generate new revenue by acquiring new business, building lasting client relationships, and delivering custom value-added solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting – Actively hunt for new leads within your territory through networks, cold calling, and door knocks.
  • Client Engagement – Understand the communication and technology needs of small and mid-sized business customers and present tailored growth opportunities.
  • Account Development – Develop new accounts and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
  • Consultative Selling – Utilize consultative selling skills to overcome objections, identify trends, and close sales opportunities.
  • Proposal Development – Craft responses to RFPs and present products and services that benefit customers.
  • Strategic Initiatives – Design and implement initiatives to grow and retain revenue for assigned complex accounts.

Required Qualifications

  • Hunter Mindset – A relentless drive to seek out leads and close deals with resiliency and perseverance.
  • Networking and Negotiation Skills – Strong ability to network and negotiate effectively.
  • Valid Driver’s License – Must possess a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
  • Sales Targets – Proven ability to meet and/or exceed assigned sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Sales Experience – 5-8+ years of outside and/or B2B sales experience, preferably in technology-based sales.
  • Technical Knowledge – Experience and understanding of IT and advanced technology.
  • Sales Funnel Management – Proficiency in managing sales funnels and previous experience with CRM systems.
