Position Overview
The Compliance Analyst - Process Improvement will serve as a key member of the Finance team, balancing responsibilities across three core areas:
- Forensic Accounting
- Continuous Improvement Projects
- Central Process Support

Key Responsibilities
Forensic Accounting
- Perform in-depth analyses of site accounts and reconciliations, focusing on areas identified by the U.S. Compliance Lead
- Support the balance sheet and peer reviews with detailed financial analysis
- Maintain and enhance the internal “Red Flag Generator” for risk detection
- Support control testing and compliance assurance through monthly flux analysis
Continuous Improvement (CI) Projects
- Contribute to ongoing finance and accounting CI initiatives, including:
- Streamlining account reconciliation and the chart-of-account usage
- Eliminating roll-forward reconciliations
- Improving absorption test monitoring and standard cost processes
Segment Central Process Support
- Assist with key finance processes at the segment level, such as:
- Regulatory reporting (Hart Scott Rodino, SAB104, etc.)
- Annual analyses, including goodwill testing
- Tracking commercial contract pricing and cost reduction initiatives
- Supporting ad-hoc financial projects as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and/or accounting
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
- Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee)
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong cost accounting experience
- Working knowledge of GAAP
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with database querying and reporting tools
- Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities
