Position Overview
Our company is a well-established sales and marketing firm with a mission to continuously help communities gain access to telecommunication services. In relation to Fort Myers' mission and goals, we are seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Representative who will review client offerings from top telecommunications firms and interact directly with consumers to close sales based on eligibility. The role is in-person and involves assisting customers in enrolling in home telecommunications services. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: $850.00 - $1,250.00 per week. Shift: 8 hour shift, Day shift. Work Location: In person.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a top-notch customer service experience by actively listening to customer needs, closing sales, engaging in a friendly manner, and empathizing with every community member to ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in enrollment efforts to identify customers’ eligibility for government assistance and disseminate program information.
- Use professional knowledge to relate to potential customers, establish rapport, and close sales.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues and ensure a positive experience during enrollment in sales promotions.
- Perform appropriate program follow-up and coordinate with team members to review program goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Monitor customer progress through the enrollment process to ensure compliance with program qualifications.
- Attend training sessions and meetings regarding customer service, compliance, and program updates.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or account management is preferred.
- Ability to convey information accurately and effectively during the customer service and sales process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be reliable and able to travel to the office and local enrollment events.
- Ability to perform and manage multiple tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
