Position Overview

The United Green is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team. Focused solely on new business development and closing sales, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, signing service agreements, and driving revenue growth across a defined region of the United States. This role comes with a base salary of $45,000–$50,000, uncapped commissions, and large bonus potential. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and pursue new business opportunities within the cannabis industry.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to connect with decision-makers.
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, networking, and in-person/virtual meetings to generate leads.
  • Present staffing solutions, negotiate terms, and close service agreements.
  • Own and grow sales for your assigned region of the U.S.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Represent The United Green at cannabis industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM records.
  • Travel frequently for onsite client meetings, industry conferences, break drop-offs, client lunches, and overnight trips to strengthen client relationships.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ year of sales experience preferred (staffing or cannabis industry experience is a plus).
  • A natural “hunter” who enjoys chasing opportunities and closing deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to exceed quotas.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-activity, performance-driven role.
  • Willingness to work 50+ hours per week to achieve big results.
