Position Overview

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver patient care under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor. In this role, you will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a dynamic environment. The opportunity is based in Chicago, IL 60640 and involves managing care for pediatric patients with G-tube, trach, and vent needs. Compensation: RN: $25 - $32 / Per Hour. Open Days are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday (8AM-4PM) with an additional night shift on Saturday (10PM-6AM). Key Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
• Assesses signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data from healthcare team members and documents nursing diagnoses.
• Performs additional RN or LPN duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Current Nursing License in the state of practice.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility requirements).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Preferred Qualifications

• One year prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is preferred.
