Salesforce Commerce Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain marketing campaigns and workflows using Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build and execute customer journeys, email campaigns, and marketing automation.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data within the Marketing Cloud environment.
• Integrate Salesforce Commerce with other systems through API calls, utilizing Postman for testing and scripting.
• Support the management of Order Management Systems (OMS) to ensure seamless operations with Salesforce Commerce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and implement business requirements within the Salesforce environment.

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of overall experience in Salesforce Commerce and Marketing Cloud, with at least 2-3 years in relevant roles.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with API integration, including calling APIs and writing/testing Postman scripts.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and capabilities.
• Understanding of Order Management Systems (OMS) and their interaction with Salesforce Commerce.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in both development and support roles within Salesforce Commerce.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with remote teams.
