Botify thrives on the success of our customers. We are looking for a strategic, results-driven SEO Success Manager (SSM) to engage and enable Botify’s customers to deploy and fully utilize the Botify Platform to achieve their business outcomes. As an SSM, you will contribute to the ultimate success of the customers’ onboarding experience—from onboarding through project execution—ensuring that they derive maximum value from Botify’s insights and recommendations, leading to project success, retention, and expansion. This role requires a deep understanding of Technical SEO for enterprise e-commerce websites, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding: Work closely with customers to understand their specific SEO strategy and build a success plan that aligns with their needs using the Botify platform.
  • Training: Identify customers’ core use cases and deliver customized training across various levels within their organization.
  • Platform Configuration: Configure crawl and render settings, create custom reports, and co-develop business logic to meet customer specifications.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously by defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables; monitor progress and address issues promptly.
  • Platform Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues in coordination with the technical support team.
  • Best Practices: Provide strategic guidance on maximizing the value of Botify products with a strong emphasis on technical SEO best practices.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer configurations, customizations, and project details, including creating user guides and training materials.
  • Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of the latest trends in SEO and search engine technology and share insights with the team.
  • Voice of Customer: Relay customer feedback to the product team, including feature requests and suggestions for enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an in-house SEO or at an agency, covering all aspects from high-level strategy to technical SEO.
  • Strong understanding of search engines’ crawling behavior and its impact on traffic and revenue.
  • Advanced knowledge of common SEO tools, including Google and Bing Search Console and Web Analytics; experience with Botify Analytics is a plus.
  • Intermediate understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Background in project management, preferably holding roles such as SEO Program Manager or SEO Project Manager.
  • Exceptional analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with technical concepts and adept at learning new technology applications.
