Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies to promote Cincinnati Children's and its mission.
  • Create engaging and impactful marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and digital content.
  • Collaborate with various departments and teams to identify and understand their marketing needs and goals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and determine the most effective marketing tactics.
  • Manage and maintain the organization's brand image and ensure consistency across all marketing and communications materials.
  • Write and edit content for various platforms, including social media, website, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Monitor and track the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets and facilitate press opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and communications.
  • Represent the organization at events and conferences, and serve as a spokesperson when needed.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain positive relationships.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior marketing and communications staff.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain brand standards in all marketing and communications materials.
  • Ensure all marketing and communications activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve marketing and communications processes and strategies.
