Position Summary:

DigitalHire is currently seeking a talented Product Designer to join our innovative team. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centric designs that enhance the overall user experience of our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs and user requirements into intuitive and visually appealing designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in prototyping, wireframing, UI design, and UX design.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to create design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
- Use prototyping tools to create interactive prototypes for user testing and feedback.
- Conduct user research, analyze user feedback, and incorporate insights into design iterations.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and visual designs that enhance usability and aesthetics.
- Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback and user testing results.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and user experience.

Requirements:

- 3-7 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Expertise in wireframing, UI design, and UX design principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of design projects.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
