Position Overview

In this role, Business Analysts are responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business by using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. The position requires both hard and soft skills – from pulling, analyzing, and reporting data trends to effectively communicating insights on the business side.

Required Qualifications

• BBA's / MBA's, Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any stream
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technology
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Being detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Knowledge of business structure, SQL, and SDLC
• Good understanding of relevant methodologies

Additional Information

• Multiple openings with Fortune 500 clients across the US.
• Mandatory Training for 3-4 weeks will be provided prior to submitting candidate profiles.
