Position Overview

Entry Level Software Developer at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company in Houston, TX. This is an in-office position based out of our Houston location. Reynolds and Reynolds is looking for creative individuals driven to produce great software solutions. You will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting development projects for both new and existing products across various platforms including Windows, .NET, Linux, iOS, and Android, as well as client/server, browser-based, mobile, and embedded systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project specifications and provide technical designs
• Code and test software projects independently
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality software solutions

Required Qualifications

• Ability to be productive both individually and within a team
• Leadership potential is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or graduation from a technical school or boot camp is a plus, but NOT required – training is provided
• High level of attention to detail
• Self-starter with initiative who takes personal responsibility and pride in their work
