Salary: $19/h + sales commission (current representatives averaging $22–$27/h)
Location: In person
Schedule: Full-time
Experience Required: None – entry level

Key Responsibilities
- From October to April – Marketing and Promotions:
- Work Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturdays as required by Branch Managers.
- Travel to various residential neighborhoods to introduce Weed Man services.
- Conduct outdoor lead generation by asking homeowners if they are interested in a free lawn care quote.
- Obtain authorization from interested customers to follow up for a quote.
- From April to October – Lawn Care Technician:
- Work as a lawn care technician applying products to customers' lawns.
- Operate within working hours from 6:30 am to approximately 4:30 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive mindset with a can-do attitude
- Physically fit to walk in winter conditions
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Availability to work on Saturdays as required
- Legally authorized to work in the USA
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest or experience in Landscaping
- Background in Agronomics or Horticulture
- Experience in General Labour or Lawn/Garden Maintenance
- Experience in Customer Service or Sales
- Forestry/Arborist background
- Lead Generation or Marketing experience
- Professional driving experience
- Experience with seasonal work
