Nocturnist Needed | $322,800 Base + $40K Bonus + Relocation + Full Benefits | NY

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7 PM – 7 AM),
• Average Census: 15–18 patients per shift per physician
• ICU: Closed ICU; No ICU management required
• Rapids & Codes: Nocturnists respond; ICU team manages critically ill patients
• Procedures: None required
• Support Staff: Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) part of the team
• Work Environment: Collegial team, supportive leadership, and excellent infrastructure

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $322,800 annually
• Starting Bonus: Up to $40,000

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine – Required
• New York Medical License (active or willing to obtain) – Required

• Clean malpractice and license history – Highly Preferred
